ANTI-AGING SKIN CARE RECIPES

Banana + Raw Honey + Yogurt Anti-Aging Face Mask
How to:
Take one ripe banana in a glass bowl and mash it properly.
Now add three tbsp of plain yogurt and one tbsp of raw honey to it.
Pour it in a saucepan and warm this paste on low flame for about a minute so that its texture becomes even.
Make sure that your paste is only a bit warm and not hot.
Apply it on the face as well as your neck as a mask with help of a brush.
Leave it for ten to fifteen minutes.
Wash your face with cool water.
How it Works:
Banana is rich in antioxidants that prevent damage caused by free radicals that are the reason for aging. It is rich in Vitamin C and A that hydrates and moisturizes our skin and gives it a youthful look. Yogurt is an antioxidant that prevents skin damage from sun, blemishes, and wrinkles. It is a rich source of lactic acid that slows down the process of aging and keeps the skin moisturized. Raw honey is a humectant that acts as a moisturizing agent and keeps the skin hydrated. All these homemade ingredients together create a natural anti-aging face mask that works effectively to slow down the aging process.
 Pomegranate Seeds + Raw Honey + Oatmeal + Butter Milk + Sugar Anti-Aging Face Mask
How to:
Take half a pomegranate and remove the seeds.
In the jar of a food processor add the seeds and one cup of uncooked oatmeal.
Grind both the ingredients to make a fine paste.
Take it out in a glass bowl and add two tbsp each of raw honey and cool buttermilk into it.
Mix it properly and then add one tbsp of sugar to it.
Mix it just once so that the sugar does not dissolve fully.
Clean your face beforehand to remove accumulated impurities.
Apply this paste on your face and neck as a mask with help of a brush.
Massage it for few minutes to exfoliate and leave it for ten to fifteen minutes.
Wash your face with normal water.

Buttermilk tightens the skin and keeps it free from wrinkles as it has astringent properties. Sugar is an anti-inflammatory that acts as a natural exfoliant. Honey is a humectant that hydrates the skin. All the ingredients help to make a wonderful anti-aging face mask.
